Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Sweeping and Mopping: Ensure floors are clean and free of debris, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment: Operate large electric machines, such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors, to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
- Sanitation and Cleaning: Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as all other food preparation surfaces, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Trash and Recycling: Segregate and remove trash and garbage, placing it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans as needed.
- Dishwashing and Equipment Maintenance: Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation machines and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
- Supply Management: Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, adhering to safe lifting standards.
- Assisting with Banquet Setup: Assist with setting up banquet tables and the front of the house as requested.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
- Distribution of Supplies: Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Compliance with Sanitation and Safety Requirements: Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
