Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in a hospital setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, assisting and positioning patients, and ensuring safety protocols are in place when working with radiation.
Job Responsibilities- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Assist and position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
- Work standing for extended periods of time and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Ensure precautions are taken to prevent radiation exposure and maintain patient safety
- Graduate of an X-ray technician program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or another accrediting agency approved by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of prior relevant experience in a hospital setting
