Become an integral part of the cake industry at DecoPac, Inc., a dynamic and rapidly growing company that specializes in the design, marketing, and distribution of cake decorations and bakery supplies. Our operations are based in a state-of-the-art, highly automated warehouse.

We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for the precise picking and packing of customer orders within our distribution center.

Work Schedule:

  • 1st Shift / Monday - Friday 6:30pm - 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure quality and timely dispatch.
  • Utilize integrated warehouse systems, including handheld barcode scanners.
  • Meet individual performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avert product shortages.
  • Employ and comprehend Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Report any food safety issues to Warehouse Management or designated personnel.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend hours.
  • Previous experience in shipping is advantageous.
  • Ability to navigate stairs to access different levels of the shipping area.
  • Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs., and perform bending, stooping, or reaching in a fast-paced environment.
