In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, driving process improvement initiatives, leading Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality assurance processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and potential problems, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • Develop and lead training sessions on quality assurance best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality components and materials.
  • Investigate customer complaints and issues, and develop corrective action plans.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, and at least 5 years of quality assurance experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for quality assurance.
  • Aerospace industry-related experience or close comparison.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
