Survey Crew Chief

ESP Associates is seeking a highly skilled Survey Crew Chief to join our team in Cornelius, NC. As a Survey Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading our surveying team in various conventional, robotic, and GPS land surveying projects.

• Supervise and lead field crews during surveying projects
• Ensure accurate and efficient data collection and processing
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement surveying plans
• Provide training and guidance to junior surveyors
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

• 5+ years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction staking
• Associate's degree in surveying/geomatics, civil engineering, or related field
• SIT or PLS certification preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, navigational programs, CADD programs, and Trimble Business Center
• Experience with Trimble data collection, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations
