Evening Mechanical Assembly Technician

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated individual for the assembly of mechanical components and various products in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Gathering required components, either manually or utilizing machinery.
- Executing assembly tasks with a variety of tools and machinery (including Press, Torque tools, part washers, sealant dispensers, and manual hand tools).
- Performing leak and functionality tests on assembled items.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Following safety and security guidelines diligently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity is essential.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with pneumatic tools is preferred, or a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
WORK SCHEDULE
- 2nd Shift Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday to Thursday ($18.00/hr.)
- Overtime available: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Friday to Saturday (paid at time and a half)
- Opportunity for trained employees to volunteer for Sunday shifts (double time pay)
- Steel-toed footwear is mandatory.
- Potential to transition to full-time status after a 90-day evaluation period, with top performers recognized for good attendance.
- ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES: Receive a $150 bonus for every two weeks of absence-free employment.
- Referral Program: Earn a $50 bonus for referring an employee who completes 160 hours without absences.
- Goal & Go Home Program: If a production line meets its daily target, employees may leave early while still receiving full pay for their scheduled hours.
