About the Role:
As a Salon Manager at Great Clips, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of stylists and creating a customer-focused salon environment that drives sales and achieves business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase salon sales and profitability
- Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
- Collaborate with the salon owner to set business goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
- Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
