  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Guide projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams impacted by the project, including end users and IT services.
  • Establish clear project scope and objectives.
  • Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress from inception to delivery, addressing both technical and non-technical concerns.
  • Identify project challenges and devise effective solutions to meet quality and satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and status updates.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and evaluate their contributions to the project.
  • Provide technical and analytical support to the project team as needed.
  • Recommend actions to resolve issues and enhance project outcomes.
