Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Creating care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents.
  • Delivering treatments and administering medications to residents.
  • Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff.
  • Educating residents and family members about best options for care.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Completion of an approved nursing program.
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
