Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic Primary Care Physician to provide exceptional healthcare services in Phoenix, AZ.
As a Primary Care Physician, your role will encompass delivering Internal Medicine and Family Practice services to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient interviews and perform comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer medical treatments and offer guidance on wellness, prevention, and early detection of health issues.
- Make necessary referrals based on patient evaluations and needs.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance patient care.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records utilizing an EMR system.
- Provide on-call coverage for night shifts as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Current and unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s)
- Board eligibility or board certification
- DEA license
