Daybreak Metro Inc is a leading repossession company seeking experienced Tow Truck Drivers for a full-time opportunity. We offer a set 5-day a week schedule with top-tier benefits, including uncapped earnings and comprehensive productivity bonuses. As a Repossession Agent, you will be responsible for locating vehicles, safely securing them, and towing them to the company yard. Our team provides all the necessary tools for success, including camera car drivers and a full office staff. Benefits include paid training, 80% employer-paid healthcare, dental, and vision, and a 100% company-paid life insurance policy. Eligibility requirements include being 22 years of age or older, having an acceptable driving record, passing a drug screen, and holding a valid Driver's License. We maximize your resources in a fast-paced job to make more money the harder you work. Full-time opportunity to make $75,000 to $120,000 + total earnings with a $18.75 per hour base and comprehensive productivity bonuses that are paid each payroll. $1,000 hiring bonus and $1,000 retention bonus for full-time experienced Tow Truck Drivers to become a Repossession Agent. Day Schedule: Monday - Friday Night Schedule: Sunday - Thursday. We equip our Repossession Agents with all the necessary tools for success, including a full office staff and camera car drivers.
