Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a minimum of high school diploma.
  • Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
  • Complies with all state-specific education requirements.
  • Must have one of the following:
    • Meets minimum preparation and experience required for certification as an Early Childhood Education Teacher (Colorado Shines Certification and/or EQIT).

Working Conditions:

This position requires an individual to frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language.

This position often requires an individual to carry, lift, use repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally push, pull, or bend.

This position is regularly required to hear and use clear vision with or without correction.
