About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HaysMed. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will collect and analyze patient data to inform your care decisions.
  • You will develop and implement individualized plans of care that prioritize patient outcomes.
  • You will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • You will educate patients and their families on medical procedures and treatments.
  • You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.

Requirements:
  • A current RN license in Kansas or work permit from the State Board of Nursing is required.
  • A graduate degree in nursing with a strong understanding of general nursing theory and practice is preferred.
  • BLS Certification is required, and must be completed within the first two weeks of employment.
  • Infection control training is also required.
  • Frequent patient interaction is necessary.
