Position Overview
As a key financial business partner, you will collaborate closely with Leasing leadership and teams across the Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate monthly financial discussions with leadership, including comprehensive P&L reviews with each geographic team to assess actual revenue and expense outcomes against planned figures and prior year results.
2. Generate precise monthly financial statements and conduct variance analysis, which may encompass supporting revenue schedules, labor reports, expense evaluations, and team profitability assessments.
3. Contribute to the development of the annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts.
4. Maintain an accurate pipeline by collecting and updating transaction details.
5. Oversee Accounts Receivable objectives by managing maintenance and research activities.
6. Review accounts payable vouchers for accuracy and adherence to corporate standards.
7. Validate balance sheets and ensure timely completion of reconciliations.
8. Support regular ad-hoc reporting as required.
9. Collaborate with the team to enhance processes, focusing on automation and simplification while ensuring data integrity.
10. Engage in special projects and additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- The ability to engage with a diverse range of customers, including sales professionals and business leaders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical capabilities.
- A self-starter attitude with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a comprehensive understanding of broader business objectives.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling assigned tasks.
- A high level of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle is advantageous.
