Maxim Healthcare Services - RN Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Document patient progress and provide regular updates to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior RN experience preferred.
