APEX is seeking a proficient Metal Fabrication Educator to guide hands-on training for a group of motivated learners. No prior teaching experience is necessary. You bring the skills, and we provide the rest, including all necessary tools.
COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory. Documentation must be provided during the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold safety standards throughout the workday
- Effectively manage daily tasks and responsibilities
- Interpret and prepare projects according to specifications
- Organize and manage training materials efficiently
- Understand various welding techniques
- Assess and conduct evaluations to ensure the quality of welds
- Maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of welding symbols as per the American Welding Society
- Experience with various welding tools, equipment, and methodologies
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and schematics
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
