Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track vehicle movement on and off the lot
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections to identify damages or maintenance needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle lot
  • Inspect vehicles for damages and ensure they are clean and ready for use
  • Provide administrative support and customer service to clients
  • Utilize computer systems to track vehicle movement, locations, maintenance needs, and other relevant data


Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in rental car management or a related field
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Age 18 or older
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent in-person customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other software
