About the Job

We are seeking a skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a STNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities in the Columbia Station, OH area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), checking vital signs, and serving meals.
  • Help maintain a clean and sanitary environment by changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, healthcare staff, and family members to ensure seamless care.
  • Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs, repositioning them when necessary.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
