Speech Language Pathologist Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals at ProCare Therapy.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year, requiring a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience. The ideal candidate will have a State SLP License and a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology. School-based experience is preferred but not required.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work with K-12th-grade students, providing speech therapy services across multiple sites. A caseload will be assigned, and the Speech Language Pathologist will be expected to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is highly competitive, ranging from $45-$55 per hour. Comprehensive insurance and benefits are also offered, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, a W-2 classification with weekly pay and a matching 401(K) plan are provided.
Interview ProcessThe interview process typically consists of a 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter and a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district. Following the virtual interview, an offer is usually extended within 24-48 hours.
