Responsibilities- Provide hands-on patient care to a variety of patients, including those with orthopedic, medical, and surgical conditions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and treatment.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and educate patients on their care and treatment.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
