Job Title: Medical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Job Summary:

The Medical Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including blood banking, coagulation, and urinalysis. You will work closely with our laboratory team to ensure that all tests are performed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood banking, coagulation, and urinalysis
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results
  • Work closely with the laboratory team to ensure efficient and accurate testing
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist program
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience required
  • FL Laboratory Supervisors License
