Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students with cognitive/intellectual disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth and successful therapy experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) certification
  • Delaware state licensure
  • Previous school-based experience required
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced school environment and provide high-quality services to students with significant cognitive/intellectual disabilities.
