In addition to base compensation and night shift differential, full-time night shift RNs are eligible for participation in UCHealth's night shift incentive pay program upon successful completion of orientation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- Minimum of 6 months of ICU or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Exhibit proficiency by mentoring new healthcare professionals and/or UCHealth staff.
- Ensure safety and quality at the point of care.
Critical Care Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, managing complex patient needs.
- Utilize AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards in evidence-based care practices.
