We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pali Momi Medical Center in Aiea, HI. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in our Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including cardiology, oncology, neurology, and surgery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Hawai'i Registered Nurse License
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) cards
  • One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in Telemetry
