The Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Operator to join our team.

Overview:

This position involves loading and unloading parts from the paint line, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up the line for production runs
  • Loading and unloading parts from the paint line
  • Inspecting parts for defects and quality issues
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety regulations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a basic understanding of powder coating systems, high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills.
