Position Overview:
With minimal oversight, the technician is responsible for the electro-mechanical assembly, failure analysis, and the development of repair processes for Virtual Reality Goggles. This role includes advanced diagnostics and component-level repairs of VR Goggles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts intricate repetitive testing, troubleshooting, and prototype tasks.
  • Diagnoses analog and digital circuits and components for mechanical assemblies.
  • Utilizes automated production-testing equipment for diagnosis, rework, and refurbishment of devices.
  • Performs visual inspections of products.
  • Employs various advanced soldering techniques to remove and replace SMT, through-hole, and circuitry.
  • Accountable for meeting daily and weekly production targets.
  • May assist in the formulation of repair processes and protocols.
  • Involves a combination of sitting and standing tasks.
  • Undertakes additional duties and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess strong technical skills.
  • Comfortable with rapidly changing visuals and lighting conditions.
  • Experience in electronic-mechanical assembly and troubleshooting is highly advantageous.
  • Must demonstrate a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to clarify and resolve issues related to all products.
