Key Responsibilities- Defend clients in employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour class and representative actions.
- Counsel employers on day-to-day issues such as wage and hour laws, terminations, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations.
- Draft employment documents, including hiring documents, policies/handbooks, and termination documents.
- Work with a team of experienced attorneys to provide comprehensive labor and employment law services.
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to and good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar.
- Significant experience in employment litigation and counseling employers on labor and employment law issues.
