Traveling Superintendent

Centennial Contractors Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee the operations of construction projects nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to review and provide input on project scope and development
• Lead project teams performing general contracting work, including specialty foundations, concrete, structures, shoring, excavation, deep foundations, drainage, utilities, and other trades
• Work with Project Management teams to coordinate logistics, employees, equipment, and subcontractors
• Complete daily project reports and record progress on the client intranet website
• Ensure project specifications, regulations, and permits are met
• Manage punch-list completion and project closeout
• Develop project-specific safety and work plans and ensure compliance
• Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness
• Prepare and provide progress reports to project stakeholders

• 4+ years' experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor
• Previous experience managing multiple trades and craft personnel
• Previous experience with Federal, State, or DOT contracts and specifications
• Ability to manage resources, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of structural design and intent
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead others

• Competitive salary range: $63,000 - $146,103
