We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Forum Financial Management, LP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support and project management expertise to our co-managing partners and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Administration: Provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our firm.
- Project Management: Manage firm-wide initiatives, engaging stakeholders and ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Communication: Coordinate and facilitate communication among key stakeholders, including partner meetings, management meetings, and executive council meetings.
- Agenda Management: Develop and manage meeting agendas, ensuring timely and effective communication of key messages.
- Documentation: Capture and draft meeting minutes, action items, and other documentation as needed.
- Technology Support: Oversee technology for meetings, including Zoom, screen-sharing, and other technical requirements.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for co-managing partners and other team members as needed.
- Surveys and Voting: Develop and administer surveys and voting processes as required.
- 5-7+ years' experience in a high-level administrative support role.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to initiate processes and follow-up without incremental direction.
- Ability to listen and assess business needs across functional areas.
