Commonshare Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.
We are a Kingdom-driven enterprise focused on making healthcare more accessible, affordable, and transparent. Our mission is to improve medication access and adherence through community partnerships.
As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our pharmacy services to non-profit organizations, community groups, and medical offices. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with medical office staff, physicians, patient advocacy groups, churches, and other non-profits.
- Educating about the benefits of using our pharmacy services.
- Winning over gatekeepers and front office staff with your exceptional communication skills and mission-driven approach.
- Managing multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Completing tasks in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Assisting with dispensing in our pharmacy or immunization clinic when needed.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent time-management skills, including the ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule.
- Comfortable speaking to people about the benefits of our program, such as improving patient outcomes and supporting local charities.
- Motivated, personable, and outgoing with a strong desire to make a positive impact.
- Reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
- Willingness to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience and role.
- Commission opportunity for meeting sales targets.
