**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering high-quality food services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a well-trained and driven team that produces exceptional food, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and work safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement creative menus that meet the needs of our clients and stay in sync with current market trends.
- Manage inventory, ordering, production planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance.
- Lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Maintain compliance with all requirements of federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.
**Requirements:**
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sous chef or executive chef in fine dining establishments, hotels, and/or resorts or country clubs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office, ordering platforms, and email communications.
- A passion for food, a desire to grow, and a strong work ethic.
