We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team at PeopleReady. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Branch Manager in daily operations, including recruitment, applicant management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Applicant Management: Assist in recruiting new applicants, guiding them through the employment process, and matching them with rewarding work opportunities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers and associates by maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily operations, including data entry, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Business Development: Proactively help to grow our business by contacting customers, upselling, generating repeat sales, and resolving customer problems.
- Compliance and Safety: Promote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mind.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Customer service and/or sales experience.
- Skills: Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, communicate effectively, and interact with a diverse employee population.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple operating systems.
The Staffing Coordinator will work in a fast-paced branch environment with frequent customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
