The Senior Branch Network Management Trainee will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports. They will create a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or branch network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
