Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized consultation to customers on flooring and countertop options.
  • Maintain and assist with the visual merchandising of displays to create an engaging customer experience.
  • Process and restock samples, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities for samples, merchandise, and displays.
  • Assist with various customer service and administrative duties.
  • Ensure the showroom environment is organized and visually appealing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Customer-centric, organized, and strong time management skills.
  • Basic math skills.

Compensation

This hourly, non-exempt position pays between $18 and $21 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires typically earn between $43,590 and $57,030 annually, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

Employment Type

This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and alternate Saturdays.
