Montessori Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preschool Head Teacher to join our team at Laughter Educare Bilingual Montessori Preschool. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our young learners.

• Lead a preschool classroom and develop lesson plans that align with our Montessori curriculum.
• Provide guidance and support to our teaching staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience for our students.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in our students.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

• Montessori certification (AMS or AMI) and a minimum of 12 ECE units in California.
• At least 1-2 years of experience leading a preschool classroom.
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
