Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our store, including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our store is always looking its best and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and stocking products, and conducting cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

The Store Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Receiving and stocking products.
  • Conducting cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
