We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at RemX. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast business performance.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting/Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $29-$38 per hour.
- A standard 9-to-5 schedule.
