Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the movement of inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals
- Conduct quality audits to ensure that all inventory is accurately labeled and stored
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Valid Illinois driver's license (Class C)
- At least 21 years of age with high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to pass a physical exam
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs regularly
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
