Key Responsibilities:
• Align with Sales District Managers and Account Executives to drive sales enablement and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, scope, and propose services to new and existing clients
• Develop and execute the overall vision for services, ensuring alignment with customer success
• Drive deal reviews internally to ensure scope and project definition
• Optimize business operations processes for services sales
• Build strong relationships with Snowflake GTM teams, including legal, deal desk, account teams, sales, and partner teams
• Drive alignment with executive sponsors and customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with delivery partners, such as SIs, GSIs, and other PS orgs, to support project delivery
• Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer and project teams
• Own project outcomes and manage project financials, including revenue forecasting and expense management
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through survey scores
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Services Delivery, interfacing with executives and dealing with complex projects
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud fields
• Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across internal teams and customer structures
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in client support and advisory technical roles, such as solution architect or technical account manager
