Job Description

Amereco Engineering is seeking a skilled Environmental Consultant to join its team of multi-disciplinary environmental professionals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients while working on a wide range of projects varying in scope, nature, and size.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or environmental-related field and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You will be required to travel occasionally, primarily for local projects, and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities will include conducting Phase I and II environmental site assessments, brownfield investigations, sample collection, data interpretation, report preparation, and managing remediation projects. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and geologists to gain knowledge and experience necessary for leading future projects and becoming a licensed professional.

Key qualifications include excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and the ability to evaluate data and prepare detailed reports. You will also be responsible for balancing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while working with multiple project managers and teams.

  • Successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam
