Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our legal department as a member. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to various business functions, including construction, design, and procurement. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate contracts for construction, design, and procurement projects
  • Provide guidance on corporate compliance, company policies, and reporting requirements
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with external counsel to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of legal experience in commercial transactions, risk management, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of construction and design industry regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation:
