Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to students with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the IEP team.
  • Administer therapy services to students with varied needs, targeting areas including articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension, and expression.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' academic curriculum and daily routines.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • CCC preferred.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapy methodologies.
