Job Summary

The Server/Lead Server role at Century Park Associates is a dynamic position that requires a strong focus on hospitality and customer service. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and guide new servers to ensure they meet Century Park standards
  • Assist with meal counts and tickets to ensure efficient service
  • Perform duties at assigned stations, including beverages, salad bar, and food service
  • Ensure dining room setup and cleaning duties are completed to high standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident and guest needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the dining services team to achieve excellent service and quality standards

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
