  • Serve Food and Beverages: Accurately and professionally take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS (point of sale computer).

Requirements

  • Age and Education: Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
  • Communication Skills: Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
  • Certifications and Background Check: Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
