Job Summary:
Sanford Health - Solutions by Sanford is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- At least six months of travel experience preferred.
