Key Responsibilities:
  • Commissioning new HVAC and ventilation systems
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing existing HVAC units
  • Measuring airflow and making adjustments to meet design specifications
  • Preparing and submitting daily job reports and invoices
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Class A HVAC Contractor's License is mandatory
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC
  • Desired skills in HVAC and HVAC/R
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems
  • Ability to interpret commercial wiring diagrams
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and proficient in using power and hand tools
  • Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and confined spaces
  • Experience using ladders for roof access
