Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist during procedures.
- Consider age and cultural factors in patient treatment and provide necessary information regarding care plans.
- Foster a supportive environment by offering psychological assistance to patients and their families.
- Administer medications and perform tests safely within the scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate records of medications and treatments in compliance with regulations.
- Communicate care plans effectively to patients, families, and team members, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree (BSN) is preferred. RNs with an Associate's degree (ASN) must complete the BSN within two years of hire.
Licensing and Certification:
Valid Registered Nurse License; certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred.
