Job Description: Marine Tourism Captain

Allen Marine Inc. is a leading provider of marine tourism services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Tourism Captain to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours as directed, supervising all aspects of tour delivery and quality.
  • Manage and direct crew members, building a productive and efficient team.
  • Oversee daily maintenance, including cleaning, sewage, and fuel pumping, and coordinate routine maintenance.
  • Communicate with Port Engineer to identify problems and expedite repairs.
  • Supervise passenger boarding, safety orientation/demonstration, emergency response, and crowd control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 100-ton license required.
  • Experience on passenger carrying vessels essential.
  • Able to speak on P.A. system and provide commentary.
  • Must be drug-free and willing to participate in random drug testing.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
