Job Title: Wok Cook

We are seeking a skilled Wok Cook to join our team at Feel Good Brands. As a Wok Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of wok-cooked items and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare wok-cooked items to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking techniques to meet menu requirements.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, maintaining accurate inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Valid NV Food Handler's Card (Health Card)
  • Ability to pass background investigation, pre-employment personality screening, and drug testing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or one year of related experience and/or training.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of Chinese cooking experience.
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
Work Environment:

The Wok Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, and moderate heat. The noise level is moderate.
