Position Type: PER DIEM - ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Compensation: $19.25 per hour
Shift Differentials: 2ND & 3RD SHIFT
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate any changes in resident condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer emotional support.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid LNA license.
- Experience in an assisted living environment is preferred; memory care experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits).
- Experience working with individuals with dementia is desirable.
- A willingness to learn and grow in the role.
